Step Two – Choose your home
Now the fun starts! Once you know how much home you are pre-qualified for it’s time to pick the home and community that best meets your needs. Look through our various neighborhoods and take note of locations, amenities and other factors that could influence your location decision. Then search through the available plans and pick out a home to build, or choose one of our homes that are under construction. Based on your budget and preferences your sales consultant will guide you through the process of choosing a neighborhood and a new home.
Inventory homes are available in various stages of construction and are your best bet if you need to move in a home relatively quickly. Depending on the stage of construction you may be able to pick out interior paint, flooring and other items. Please check with your sales consultant for specifics.
If you have the time you can pick a lot and a home and have it built. Depending on neighborhood specifications, when you build from scratch you can “personalize” your home with your choice of cabinets, countertops, flooring and paint. Again, please check with your sales consultant for specifics.
