Our goal is to provide you with complete, accurate information regarding your new home. Note the amount of detail we have provided. The following information will aide in caring for your new home and yard. In the event you should need repairs or have an emergency, instructions are given to help you through the necessary processes.

In addition to guiding you through the process of purchasing and building, this manual provides you with an in-depth description of the warranty provided, along with maintenance guidelines. Our warranty gives you the assurance that your investment is well protected. Familiarize yourself with the Warranty, its limitations and instructions.
