The following is Stylecraft Builders, Inc. Realtor Co-op Policy:

A commission of three percent (3%) of sales price will be paid to member MLS Realtor/Broker and two percent (2%) for non-member Brokers upon closing and funding, provided the following policy is followed:

1. Realtor/Broker must be licensed in the State of Texas.
2. Realtor/Broker must either:
1. Present Stylecraft with acceptably executed contract.
2. Accompany customer to Stylecraft's sales office or show Stylecraft's exisiting for sale inventory and register that customer with Stylecraft within 24 hours of visit or showing.
3. Use the form below to register your customer prior to customer contacting Stylecraft or email your registration to: ewalley@stylecraft-builders.com. Realtor/Boker registration made after customer initial contact will not be honored.
4. Telephone registration will not be honored.
3. In the event of more than one Realtor/Broker working with customer; customer shall decide which Realtor/Broker is to be included.
4. Realtor/Broker will be protected for a period of 180 days from date of registration. Protection period is defined as time contract is written.
5. The sales commission shall be based upon theinitial contract price of the home. The sales commission will not be based upon:
1. Change orders made after initial contract.
2. Allowance overages.
3. The price of the lot in the event the lot is purchased by customer.
